THE best Laundry basket | | Review Date: March 2, 2008 | | Reviewer: Austin Fergusson, USA | I have always been frustrated with laundry baskets that crack and deteriorate and the handles break off. This basket holds up. We have had four of these baskets for a number of years and they are still in excellent shape. We raised four kids and now use the baskets to haul Christmas presents to their houses for seven grandkids! This is the best basket. It is easy to carry down stairs. It is flexible enough to stuff out of the way if you need to. They nest together and are still flexible which minimizes storage space. If you drop it it does not break. Whoever designed this thing did a great job!!!! It does what it is supposed to do. It is a pleasure to see something well made like this, even though it is just a laundry basket. |
extremely handy | | Review Date: September 6, 2009 | | Reviewer: L. riley, alabama | This basket is extremely handy. I have to navigate a puppy gate with one hand and carry laundry with the other. Once I got this basket I took all my others to the good will. Just be careful not to overfill it, otherwise you can’t hold both handles with one hand. |

The Best Laundry Basket I HaveEver Owned!!!!!! | | Review Date: March 3, 2009 | | Reviewer: J. Pavlik, | I have 6 of these laundry baskets and for me they are the best. My oldest basket is 21 years old and is still in great condition. You can carry one in each hand, providing you do not over fill them. My children each had one in their bedrooms to put their laundry in and carry their basket to and from the laundry room. As my children moved out we used these baskets to help move many of their things, and always they managed to keep one or two. I hope Rubbermaid does not discontinue this basket, because I do not want to own any other. I just wish they were easier to find in the stores. |
Fits a load of laundry, easy to carry! | | Review Date: January 6, 2010 | | Reviewer: Mom of 2: Wyatt , my son in Heaven & Danika, my daughter on earth., St. Louis, MO | I purchased this smaller version of my favorite laundry hamper 2.5 years ago due to pregnancy/bedrest restrictions – I was no longer allowed to lift or even pull the other one. This smaller version is cute, VERY durable, and perfect size if you prefer to do laundry by the load and not let it build up. I also use mine (I have several that were purchased at a local Walmart) to sort clothes. They stack neatly together, do not take up much room especially since they are flexible starting at the last line of holes. We’ve also used them to hold toys, magazines, junk to go through, etc. Awesome to be able to carry this one handed, both handles together, nothing is able to tip out! How many other hampers can you say that about??? Lots of hard use over the past couple of years and still in picture perfect shape! Same goes for the larger version that I have had since I was in college 8 years ago! |
One handed ease! | | Review Date: May 26, 2009 | | Reviewer: Diane Kelly, Tucson | I love this basket! I discovered it at a friend’s house and very much appreciated how easy it is to carry with one hand – just hold both handles at once. Leaves a hand free to open a door or carry some clothes on a hanger. |
Great laundry basket | | Review Date: February 7, 2010 | | Reviewer: Robert J. Mcgrath, Cincinnati, OH | Every laundry basket I’ve ever had has broken or the handles have broken eventually. This basket is so soft and flexible that can’t happen. I have two now. |
incredibly handy laundry basket | | Review Date: March 14, 2010 | | Reviewer: MEB, McLean, Virginia USA | This basket’s soft construction makes it capable of fitting into almost any space. It holds a LOT of clothes and the large handles make it easy to move on laundry day. It’s worth every penny! |
